Customer feedback forms are sent to every returning WorldVacations.com client, these are then complied by Reservation ID and offered to you the future traveler. The rating of the Hotel and Travel Service are "unaltered" by management. What you see is exactly what other clients are saying.
If there is no feedback from the hotel you are looking at, please be patient. You can also check the Travel Forums, which have been operating for over a year, for valuable feedback on hotels in the area.
