This journey takes a long look
at the fiery land mysterious lands of Mexico,
Guatemala and Belize, the ancestral home
of the Mayan Indians. Part of the mystery
and charm lies in the contrast between the
rugged uplands around Mexico City, Oaxaca
and San Cristobal and the ancient
ruins of the tropical jungles around
Palenque and Tikal. We end our journey in
the laid-back Caribbean port of Belize City.
Please note, is possible to extend the tour
to stay on a coral caye with a nearby reef
and then visit the Mayan and Toltec cities
in the Yucatan peninsula of Mexico.
